I accept payments through Etsy Payments and PayPal.


I ship my items via Canada Post. If you would prefer an alternate delivery method, please contact me before placing your order, and I will create a custom listing for you.

Express delivery is available on request and extra costs will be calculated on an individual basis. Please contact me before placing your order, and I will create a custom listing for you.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I will gladly refund or exchange any piece that arrives damaged, or that does not meet with your expectations.

Requests for refund/exchange must be received within 14 days of delivery. The buyer will be refunded the original purchase price of the item, minus shipping charges.

Please note that refund/exchange will be issued after I have received the returned item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
